Süleyman Demirel University is a state university
founded in 1992 on a strong infrastructure in higher education
in Isparta and has completed its institutionalization over time.
Today, Süleyman Demirel University holds a distinguished place
among our country's higher education institutions with its
academic units, faculty, student population, physical capacity,
scientific research, and social, cultural, and athletic
activities.
Süleyman Demirel University has 14 undergraduate faculties, 2
colleges, 1 state conservatory, 4 associate degree vocational
schools, 6 graduate institutes, and 48 research and application
centers. The majority of the university buildings are located on
the central campus in Isparta.
